CULTIVATING YOUTH LEADERSHIP
Each year, Urban Roots MN hosts up to 90 interns, aged 14-24, who participate in our tiered internship program. Youth interns develop leadership, entrepreneurial, and life skills, while connecting with one another and the world around them.

MARKET GARDEN

Youth interns learn about the food we grow seasonally and how to prepare it fresh from the garden.
